What You Will Do
Summary: As the Supervisor of the HR Administrative Community, you're at the heart of HR business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of HR executive leadership and Administrative Community team members and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest priorities and areas of focus. You also use that knowledge to strategically balance your team's assignments. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and leadership skills needed to successfully partner with stakeholders and enhance the working model between administrative business support and HR leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks including:
    • calendar management
    • travel & in-person meeting coordination
    • expense processing & reimbursement
    • formatting documents to Ascension standard
  • Provide support for the development and preservation of project plans, presentations, and all related materials including timelines, progress reports, research information, and communications.
  • Lead, coach and motivate Administrative Community team members to create a collaborative culture and enhance their effectiveness, efficiency and overall job satisfaction.
  • Maintain understanding of team workload & bandwidth, redirect support & manage expectations if necessary.
  • Partner with HR leaders to enhance the working model between administrative business support & HR leadership.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
  • Provide backup coverage for Administrative Business Partners


What You Will Need
Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.


Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; handle multiple concurrent stakeholders and priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build excellent, productive relationships.
