We have an immediate opportunity on our Talent Acquisition team for a hands-on Technology recruitment leader that will meet the rapid growth of our US and EMEA businesses by building a best-in-class technology recruiting engine.
The success and growth of Enfusion is strategically dependent upon its ability to proactively source and recruit the right talent on-time. Talent Acquisition Business Partners have the pivotal role of ensuring we hire the best professionals to solve our most pressing business goals. This role is a key partner with our Technology business leaders and internal colleagues to lead and manage experienced, executive, and campus recruiting strategies and operations. You will be a consultative recruiter and employer brand advocate with a confident professional acumen. You’ll collaborate with business leaders to develop and deliver recruiting solutions and programs that meet today’s demand and tomorrow’s candidate pipeline.
What does success look like in this role?
- Receiving excellent feedback from your internal business clients and other stakeholders and being recognized as a trusted advisor through innovation, results and service excellence
- Define and deliver a brand-defining candidate experience from initial contact through on-boarding
- Define and successfully execute on creative multi-channel recruiting strategies targeting passive and active candidates for immediate and future strategic hiring needs
- Manage and continuously improve upon effective and efficient full-cycle recruiting processes
- Utilize and analyze data to communicate progress, results, and challenges to develop and advocate your recommendations to the business
- Contribute to our talent acquisition programs and initiatives that enhance our value as a strategic business partner

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years technical recruiting experience, managing full-cycle recruiting for campus through executive level hiring within the FinTech, Financial Services, or SaaS-based technology industries.
- Recent experience leading technology recruiting in a fast-paced entrepreneurial corporate recruiting environment (previous search firm experience is highly preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience managing and coordinating the work of others including sourcers, coordinators, and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Creating winning talent sourcing and recruiting strategies for the most challenging technology roles (Java, Linux, MySQL) without the use of search firms (we use research firms to map talent/markets)
- Delivering recruiting operations excellence with an attention to the candidate and client experience
- Mastery of using creative sourcing strategies to recruit and hire [diverse] talent
- A distinct eye for employer branding that will evangelize the Enfusion brand and deliver a distinctive message to the technology talent market
- A keen interest and ability to use and analyze data to measure and report on progress and results
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing and recruiting tools and systems to plan and manage workload and to measure and present results: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, CRM and ATS (we use Greenhouse), and other tools like Hiring Solved.
- Bachelor's degree
- This position will be based in our Chicago, IL office. COVID-19 Note: Enfusion is currently working from home until it is deemed safe to return to the office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional candidate relationship manager with solid negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations
- Experience in conducting and training others on candidate interview assessment
- Impeccable organization skills, change agility and attention to detail in order to oversee multiple concurrent priorities, drive desired results, maintain client satisfaction and data integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, especially articulating strategy and priorities as well as reporting on recruiting program progress/results
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint),
