The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent team to support overall growth of the organization while learning how to attract the best talent. This individual will fulfill administrative duties, organize schedule for external recruiting efforts while keeping track of daily and weekly team activity. Looking for a self-driven individual who is looking to join a corporate environment and have the ability to grow their career with be part of a great talent team within a corporate environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the Talent Team.
- Oversee and manage weekly reports while creating new reports when requested.
- Keep Bamboo and/or Paylocity up to date.
- Maintain Talent Calendar for all internal and external networking events ensuring we have maximized exposure within the community.
- Fulfill and take ownership of campus recruiting efforts regarding career fair registration, campus marketing material, invoices and overall day activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to ensure our brand is maintained.
- Ensure all job descriptions are updated and posted internally and externally.
- Attend career fairs and networking conferences to represent MoLo in the marketplace.
- Take on other tasks when assigned.
