What You'll Bring
Full cycle recruitment and/or technical sourcing experience with focus on developing pipelines of diverse talent
Experience sourcing diverse talent via Boolean, diversity conferences, and diversity resume databases.
Ability to engage passive talent for both technical and non-technical roles from the professional to executive levels
Ability to engage and build relationships with internal talent for current and/or future openings
We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your development in:
Talent sourcing through a CRM (Avature, Phenom, etc.)
Experience with a wide range of sourcing technologies (Linked-in Recruiter, Entelo, Dice.com, etc.)
Experience designing and implementing a sourcing strategy
Experience with Talent Market Mapping
Impact You'll Make
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position that will report to the Diversity Recruitment Advisor
In partnership with our Diversity Recruitment Advisor, you will design, implement and measure a strategic sourcing function with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identity talent for open positions
You will design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to support a variety of business units across TransUnion
You will build relationships, submit, and advocate for internal associates who are ready for their next career move
You will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines of underrepresented talent through a variety of techniques including online sourcing, events, and referral campaigns
