We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with proven experience recruiting sales professionals and talent in market, product and solution development. The ideal candidate will have managed teams of professionals and will have a passion for coaching a high performing team. The manager will be responsible for execution and delivery of a comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategy based on proactive data, while leveraging partners across HR and business units. You will continue to expand TransUnion’s employment brand with sales and product/ solutions talent across the US and ensure great experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Bring
Experience executing and evolving recruiting strategies and building deep partnerships with business leaders, with a focus on sales professionals at all levels, client-facing talent, go-to-market and product development experts and solution innovators.
Passion for coaching and developing a high performing talent acquisition team.
Full cycle recruitment experience with focus on developing pipelines of diverse talent with niche skillsets.
Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
Lead recruiting strategies for wide range of roles in conjunction with Sales and Solution leaders, HR business partners and Talent Acquisition leadership.
Impact You'll Make
You’ll advise hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices.
You’ll evolve our hiring practices and keep abreast of new technologies and approaches.
You’ll be expected to manage high standards across all recruitment related metrics.
You’ll lead a variety of recruitment related initiatives that will enable TransUnion to bring in top talent.
You’ll be a TA thought leader and an integral part of the TransUnion talent management team.
You’ll work with the team to evolve the TA operating model and implement continuous improvement to process and the stakeholder experience.
