Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a hybrid role. It requires working from our downtown Chicago office 2 days per week (every Tuesday and Wednesday).

What you will be doing
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for helping to source, screen, identify, and recruit top talent for our growing company. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from job creation to hire.
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs, and develop and execute a recruiting strategy to implement talent initiatives
- Create and post job descriptions to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods and resources
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates for roles across various company departments
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation and closing (full-cycle recruitment)
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs for each department within the company
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS system
Who you Are
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle and passive recruitment
- Experience using multiple job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Proficiency using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse is a plus
- Proven experience in creating job descriptions
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across numerous departments
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail combined with ability to multitask
- Strong problem solving skills
