Talent Acquisition Coordinator

FourKites is building a Talent Acquisition Coordinator team. What you’ll be doing:
- Build a strong talent pipeline through research via online tools such as LinkedIn, referral generation, external events and sourcing campaigns
- Screen and interview candidates to determine technical and leadership fit across several departments and coordinate interviews with the team
- Leverage strategies to deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pool that reflects our communities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Constantly look for and implement new ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of personal sourcing processes
- Manage the data cleanliness of internal tools, including but not limited to Greenhouse, Paylocity, Criteria, Built In and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Embody FourKites’ culture and provide unmatched experiences to candidates, team members and hiring managers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Recruiting role with heavy sourcing expectations
- Experience recruiting for (or working in) a Technology and/or Sales environment preferred
- Proven experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates with various levels of expertise
- Experience crafting compelling email outreach utilizing FourKites' employer brand to potential candidates
- A track record of success with achieving sourcing and pipeline targets
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job requirements and target profiles
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to FourKites
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
