We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst to join our team working with our Global Solutions team. This role will work directly with senior leaders in hiring for our product leaders and go to market strategies for the organization. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, consultative and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate and work with executive leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies and build comprehensive talent pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to develop Talent Acquisition solutions that are simple, sustainable, and scalable
Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across TransUnion
Develop key relationships with authentic leaders across TransUnion and collaborate with business partners across the organization to drive forward TU talent initiatives.
Ability to design, implement, and measure talent acquisition strategies to optimize recruitment for our global solutions team
Global experience is a plus
Background in program management or process improvement preferred
Experience recruiting product management talent and/or financial services talent strongly preferred
Experience with diversity recruitment strongly preferred
Impact You'll MakeYou’ll work closely with our Global solutions team to identify top product talent for TransUnion
You’ll engage and attract talent of diverse backgrounds and maintaining long-term relationships with those candidates.
Ability source passive talent by conducting market research, developing Boolean search strings, finding and reaching out to passive individuals via our CRM database, LinkedIn, and other channels
Launch searches by preparing market research, scheduling, and conducting hiring strategy sessions with hiring managers. Partner with hiring leaders to define the talent profile and tangible talent attraction strategies.
Execute requisition postings by revising job descriptions, formatting content into fields, posting through ATS, posting to relevant job boards
Manage consultative relationship through documentation and follow-up to follow hiring strategy sessions: craft and deliver echo communications and hiring plans to hold hiring managers.
Review incoming applications daily, reject any unqualified applicants, and reach out to qualified candidates via workday. Experience with Workday is a plus.
Conduct phone screens with candidates, submit profile write-ups along with resumes to hiring managers with supporting recommendations for next steps
Partners with executive leaders to create and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies
