About the Job
Beyond Finance is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting teams. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties as well as assisting in various projects to ensure that candidates and Associates consistently have a high quality interviewing experience. This may include organizing recruiting events, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, ensuring candidate paperwork is in place, and maintaining job boards.
What will you be doing?
- Provides support to Talent Acquisition team including: organizing recruiting events, scheduling interviews, ensuring candidate paperwork is in place, generating offer letters, tracking pre-employment screening, and maintaining job boards.
- Maintains Applicant Training System (Greenhouse) data and new hire reporting.
- Organizes and maintains the Associate Referral Program.
- Assists with projects relating to systems and process improvements, ensuring timely cost-effective delivery of new systems and process improvements.
- Assisting with sourcing through cleaning out unqualified candidates.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the table:
- High school degree, BA preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant within a fast paced environment, ideally within HR or recruiting.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience Applicant Tracking Systems is a preferred.
- Must be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Good written communication skills required.
- Excellent follow-through and customer service skills required.
