ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Talent Development Team at Enova is focused on performance, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational development. Our mission is to elevate the employee experience by leveraging creative solutions, the right technology, and cross-team collaboration. 

We identify, design, and deliver these experiences through creativity, openness, and a desire to empower teams with critical skills and knowledge. 

In this role, you will help drive talent development initiatives while working cross functionally with teams in HR and throughout the business. In some cases you will take on existing programs as well as design and launch new initiatives. This is a role for someone that has equal love for driving projects and being creative. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Think Critically and Solve Problems:

  • Apply critical thinking to identify root causes, brainstorm solutions, and influence decision-making.
  • Bring an analytical approach to past, present, and future programs through needs analysis and regular evaluation of success. 
  • We have an awesome catalog of workshops and development programs at Enova, but we need you to join us in always asking “how can we get better?”

Build Relationships:

  • People will trust and reach out to you for guidance on all kinds of things like leadership development, retention programs, assessing training needs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • You will partner with several levels of leadership throughout the organization.
  • You’ll need to be strategic with your coaching of employees on critical competencies.
  • By using your facilitation superpowers like questioning, active listening, and presenting you can guide your audience to the best answer. 

Manage Projects:

  • You will be in roles where you need to scope projects, set expectations, and manage stakeholders. This will require excellent organization and communication skills.
  • You will lead projects that yield new instructional materials for training solutions as well as manage and evaluate our ever evolving Mentor Program and Performance Management Process.

WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU IF YOU HAVE: 

  • 2-4 years experience in organizational development, talent development, and/or L&D
  • Experience working within or closely with an HR organization
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects
  • A passion for creating and implementing programs that elevate employee’s skills and opportunities
