PURPOSE:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs across the global organization as it relates to the employee experience to design and implement a wide variety of talent programs working with senior executive team and people leaders to drive a culture of success and employee engagement and retention within Pampered Chef.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resources programs to drive employee experience
- Develop and implement innovative coworker engagement initiatives focused on company culture including onboarding, continuous development, performance, coaching, succession planning, etc.
- Analyzes data to drive program priorities and communicate to senior leadership team findings on health of talent across programs
- Partners with HR business partner on targeted solutions for development and engagement of coworkers
- Lead development of top talent and people leader development programs. Facilitate sessions and 1:1 conversation specific to talent needs
- Leads initiatives to ensure that HR processes and procedures integrate our culture values and key elements i.e., performance reviews, promotions, development, hiring, etc.
- Design, implement and coordinate all coworker recognition programs, which could include, excellence in achievement, anniversaries, peer-to-peer and any programs.
- Partners with HR Business Partner and Chief People officer to develop and refine company talent strategy. Aligns all programs within
- Continuous analysis of program effectiveness that is presented to executive team with recommendations for improvement

REQUIREMENTS
- Background in HR talent program strategy and program development
- Project / Program management with a passion for data driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to approach solutions from multiple perspectives
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 7+ years related experience in human resources preferred
