We are seeking a Temporary Technical Recruiter for our Human Resources team to assist with our current recruiting efforts. This person should be passionate about finding talent and growing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create job descriptions with hiring managers and post to all appropriate channels.
• Source inbound and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule subsequent rounds throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Track resumes, feedback and statuses of candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout recruitment.
• Provide ideas and strategies for recruiting efforts.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects that arise on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers and Operations with an understanding of basic terms and functions of technical teams
• Have an eye for identifying talented and qualified candidates through resume reviews and interviews
• Experience with Workday and/or an ATS is a plus
• General HR experience is a plus
• Superb organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and recruit for multiple roles at one time
