Purpose of the Role

Pampered Chef has been a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway portfolio since 2002 and is looking to add a dynamic Technical Sourcer to an established Talent Acquisition Team. The purpose of this role is to build a pipeline of qualified candidates to support the hiring needs of Pampered Chef. This position will focus on Technology roles, but will also be responsible for other corporate position as needed (this could include Finance, Analytics, Legal, Marketing). The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Technical Sourcing or Recruiting experience and align with the core values at Pampered Chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow Recruiters and hiring managers to understand critical job needs and key requirements to identify qualified talent prospects.
• Use Boolean Logic, networking, referral gathering, and other strategies to identify talent and build talent pipelines.
• Have advanced sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other resume databases
• Partner with the company’s team and surrounding departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build a strong, diverse candidate pool and have experience recruiting on specialized diversity initiatives.
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
• Analyze and report on current market trends offering strategic solutions to sourcing obstacles
• Report on KPIs and participate in problem solving initiatives to ensure hitting predetermined metrics

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of strong technical sourcing experience
• A bachelors degree in technology or business administration is preferred
