WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Digital Revolution Digital Solution Trainer is a critical role in orchestrating the concerted adoption, understanding, and integration of digital solutions into ways of working and key processes. This role will be key in the design and delivery of training needs associated with digital factory outcomes and outputs. They will implement key measures that demonstrate understanding, skills, and the ability to apply new ways of working.
- Develops and delivers comprehensive training modules that support the adoption and effective activation of new digital tools across business units.
- Collaborates with the Change Management Lead to understand the various stakeholder groups impacted by specific digital solutions and defines the learning requirements to ensure successful implementation.
- Partners with Kraft Heinz Transformation team to conduct learning needs analysis.
- Develops training on the key processes and practices that will be impacted by digital solutions.
- Delivers virtual workshops to train and develop Super Users within the business unit that is adopting the solution.
- Operates within an Agile environment and Scrum team that is building the digital tools.
- Tracks and evaluates key metrics to monitor progress and effectiveness of training.
- Champions design thinking and agile approaches across the company.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in technical field; Masters preferred
- Must have experience delivering technical training
- Domain knowledge in procurement, supply chain, or marketing is highly desired
- 4+ years of relevant experience in developing and delivering blended and virtual learning.
- Experience developing job aids, bite-size learning, and organizing content in a learning platform.
- Ability to quickly understand end user roles and business implications of digital solutions
- Excellent skills in presenting technical solutions in simple and clear manner
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead others, and to work with minimal direction, with the proven ability to coordinate complex activities with deep knowledge of digital domains & products.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Quickly establish strong relationships and engagement to ensure product adoption
- Transformation or change management experience is highly desired
