Our Technical Support team doubles in size every year, opens new internal opportunities and promotes engineers frequently to departments org-wide. We have a large responsibility to find the best talent out there, those who will lead the future of Meraki’s products and mission.

We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Recruiter to join our team.

This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, growth-focused environment. You will partner closely with with our Network Support Engineers and Leadership team to create and drive forward recruiting processes, ensuring a rich, talented and diverse pipeline to build the future of the Meraki Technical Support strategy.

Key Functions:

  • Responsible for execution of an established recruitment talent program strategy for Cisco Meraki, including recruitment events, social recruiting, diversity sourcing.
  • Drive innovative campus hiring strategies to access talent..
  • Organize tech talks, connect with student groups, attend career fairs, organize on-campus interviews.
  • Build a diverse candidate pipeline of new college grads and interns for targeted roles.
  • Identify new ways to build awareness of Cisco Meraki on college campuses.
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension and negotiation.
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers.
  • Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Meet and/or exceed hiring quota.
  • Partner with College Relations to create and maintain an entry-level talent pipeline for Spring, Summer and Fall Internship Programs.
  • Ability to manage a seasonal operational talent programs budget.
  • Travel Requirements: Less than 50%

Our ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years University Recruiting (technical) experience preferably in a high growth environment supporting Network Engineers.
  • Military Recruiting experience desirable.
  • Ability to travel to multiple universities during peak University Recruiting season.
  • Proven strategic sourcer and closer.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding follow through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor with a high regard for confidentiality.
  • Work well in a highly collaborative environment and open to give and receive feedback.
  • Strong planning, time management, organization and decision making skills.
  • Familiarity with greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
  • Previous startup experience preferred, and unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
