ABOUT THIS JOB

The NielsenIQ Talent Acquisition team is looking for a University Recruiter to own the coordination, execution and status reporting of our NielsenIQ Commercial University recruitment initiatives for entry-level associates in the United States. As the NielsenIQ Commercial University recruiter, you will be responsible for bringing top, diverse entry level talent to our fast growing commercial businesses.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Campus Recruiting Efforts for Intern and Full Time Commercial Associates

  • Develop & execute university recruiting initiatives and plan strategies including diversity & penetration of the NielsenIQ brand on campus and virtually

  • Lead, simplify & accelerate key recruiting processes:

    • Set recruiting goals/ processes

    • Identify target schools

    • Recruit & train campus recruiting teams

    • Prepare all campus materials including but not limited to: training, provide access to google drive, evaluation process management, interview guides, info session decks,

    • Coordinate & monitor campus interviews and 2nd round interviews

    • Process evaluations to determine next steps

    • Extend 2nd round interview invites to full time candidates

    • Coordinate the extension of offers to associates and interns including tracking of offers

    • Closely monitor efforts of interview teams

    • Update teams of results throughout the season

    • Uphold an Inclusive Hiring Process

  • Work with NielsenIQ’s Early Career Program office throughout to establish & manage relationships with key partners, including University Career Resource Centers, vendors/suppliers and others

  • Manage centralized recruiting budget

  • Establish aggressive acceptance rate targets for the first round & second round interviews, final offers, and candidate diversity

You possess strong planning, facilitation, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills. Most people would call you a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. You thrive when leading large team-level planning and delivery and effectively manage messaging to business leaders, human resources colleagues and various other levels of stakeholders. You enjoy engaging with students and have a track record of finding top, diverse candidates across industries.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in Project/Program/People management, or equivalent experience in related field e.g. university recruiter, intern coordinator

  • Demonstrates skill and maturity to identify and interact with stakeholders, assess their needs, provide metrics and status reports as needed, and manage stakeholders’ expectations

  • Ability to present an acceptable level of detail to any function or stakeholder, as needed, with both a strategic and tactical focus. Understands how to create effective presentations, visuals and outputs.

  • Outstanding organizational/time management, presentation, written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to effectively build consensus within the team and among disparate stakeholders

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to directly and/or indirectly influence others

  • Ability to lead others through processes and shared responsibilities in a rapidly changing environment

  • Travel up to 30-35% (during Summer & Fall)
