Duties & Responsibilities
* Performs data validation, auditing, and reporting activities to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
* Develops a thorough understanding of, and acts as a key resource for Workday functionality related processes.
* Maintains and supports Workday configuration, business processes, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
* Point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support, troubleshooting system issues and resolving user inquiries
* Supports annual HR programs and system activities, including Open Enrollment, performance management, compensation planning, and semiannual Workday releases.
* Assists with testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining system enhancements and process improvements.
Required Skills
* Experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Benefits modules.
* Experience configuring and supporting at least one additional Workday module, such as Advanced Compensation, Learning, Help, Recruiting, or Integrations.
* Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, workflows, notifications, and approvals
* Experience in creating and maintaining Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards.
* Ability to perform testing, validate results, and ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
* Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required results.
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be part of a team.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $78,000-$92,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
