Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, payroll administration, and employee-related processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient HR operations and an excellent employee experience.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Collect and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, time off, and other payroll-related information.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring data accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic payroll practices.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Team-oriented and proactive approach.
