The Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department by helping with daily administrative tasks, employee communication, and documentation. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and provides consistent support to both employees and management. Responsibilities
    •    Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing documents, collecting employee information, and scheduling orientations
    •    Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical filing systems
    •    Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
    •    Help process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies
    •    Respond to routine employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures
    •    Prepare HR-related reports, employee lists, and documentation as requested
    •    Assist with timekeeping reviews, attendance tracking, and basic payroll support tasks
    •    Help organize employee trainings, meetings, and company events
    •    Monitor expiration dates of required documents and request updates from employees
    •    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold HR standards
    •    Support HR staff with additional administrative projects as needed

Requirements
    •    Strong organizational and communication skills
