Our People Resources team:
We’re a team of smart, business minded, hands-on HR professionals. Our People Resources Associates are business partners who are embedded into Enova’s business teams, collaborating with client managers to support their teams delivering results and keeping engagement high across the company. Our PRAs execute client specific projects as well as work on broader Enova firm wide projects. We think strategically, make an impact, and participate in the direction of the team and company. Each PRA business partner supports 150 to 200 clients with a broad range of responsabilities from performance management and development, compensation and associate relations. We also make sure our business partners are well supported with programs led by our teammates in talent management and benefits.
This is where YOU come in:
You will be responsible for our performance management cycle working with your clients throughout goal setting, individual development and feedback. This will expose you to our systems and tools in WorkDay and require expertise in excel and effective communication to manage our processes and work on individual plans. Competitive compensation is a must so you’ll work on compensation administration, budgeting, and total compensation analysis. You will partner with management on associate development and associate relations, query and generate reports, conduct analysis and provide recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders. You will also oversee and enhance established policies and procedures, collaborate with small teams and/or co-lead various projects associated with improving Enova.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years professional human resources business partnering experience in a high demand, high output role with a demonstrated track record of success being an integrated member of a business team.
- Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel and knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including group presentation skills, persuasion and negotiations.
- Effectively managed sensitive and confidential communications and materials.
- Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate with business clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to an organization and a “can do” attitude.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledgeable in State (IL) and Federal employment laws
