** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Department/Position Description:
The Associate Experience team is part of Human Resources and is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our associates, people leaders, and HR business partners. Our work spans Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Engagement, Rewards, Recognition and Wellbeing, Early Talent, and the Performance Management cycle. We support key recurring HR processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help build leadership capability across the organization.
The intern will support both small- and large-scale projects aligned with the Associate Experience team's work. They will have opportunities to work independently and collaborate with a variety of team members, gaining exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and approaches to achieving shared goals.
Qualifications:
  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn new systems, processes, and HR practices.
  • Collaborative team member who listens actively and builds positive working relationships.
  • Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and taking initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
