Led by Joe Fekech, our Woodridge office combines the support and mentorship of a local team with the carrier access, technology and resources of a nationally established organization. We work with leading insurance companies to provide Medicare, life insurance, supplemental health, annuity and retirement solutions based on each client’s individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • What You’ll Do

    • Meet with individuals and families throughout the greater Chicago area
    • Learn about each client’s health, financial and retirement concerns
    • Explain Medicare, life, health and retirement options in clear language
    • Recommend appropriate solutions from multiple highly rated carriers
    • Complete applications accurately and compliantly
    • Follow up with clients and provide ongoing policy support
    • Develop referral relationships and build a long-term book of business
    • Participate in training, coaching and professional-development programs
    • Pursue leadership and team-building opportunities as your career develops
Qualifications
  • What You Need

    • An active Illinois Life and Health Insurance license
    • A genuine interest in helping people make important financial decisions
    • Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills
    • The ability to manage appointments and work independently
    • A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local appointments
    • Comfort working in a commission-based, performance-driven career
    • Medicare or insurance sales experience is helpful but not required
