Job Overview

As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers who engage with our brand through inbound channels. Your mission will be to evaluate and qualify leads, understand their needs, and set the stage for a successful sales journey. You will also occasionally be pulled in to select outbound activities like following up with event and webinar attendees.

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via web forms, email, and phone. 

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify sales opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified leads. 

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system, Salesforce.com. 

  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign performance. 

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 

  • Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the team to ensure project timelines are met. 

  • Monitor monthly quota progress – leverage dashboards and keep track of meetings booked 

  • Execute select outbound follow-up and outreach campaigns to generate new sales prospects and/or drive action via multiple mediums (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)  

  • Partner pass program 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms  

  • Experience working with SalesLoft 

  • Prior experience with Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Fundraising  

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)  

 

Skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Comfortable speaking with prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing. 

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills. 

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. 

 

 

 

 

 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$44,000 and $67,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
