The Incentive Operations Analyst conducts analysis and reviews processes to compensate our global rep firms, enabling smarter, faster decision-making that drives revenue growth. The analyst partners with leaders at all levels globally to turn data into actionable results. What You Will Do 

  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Query data and build reports that drive data-informed decisions and performance metrics.
  • Apply data audit techniques to maintain and continuously improve data quality.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Develop, manage, and support data requirements across key systems and programs.
  • Design, configure, and enhance reporting and operational systems (e.g. Power BI, CRM, Xactly, Excel) to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and strategies that drive results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver impactful projects.
  • Deliver clear, value-driven analytical reports and presentations to leadership.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows and outcomes.
  • Participate in industry conferences and user groups to stay current and innovative.
  • Review contracts and offer suggestions in collaboration with legal team.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Business, finance, actuarial, accounting, or math degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in similar role, with at least 1 year working in matrixed corporate or hybrid environment. Experience with rep firm commissions and or numerical analysis a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Experience working with large datasets in Excel. Proficient with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.  Business Objects experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, process improvement, and communication skills.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
