  • Supplier Management: Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability through regular reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial & Financial Rigor: Apply total cost of ownership (TCO) principles, benchmarking, and market intelligence to inform decisions and challenge supplier pricing and commercial models.
  • Performance & Outcomes: Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and process improvements across assigned categories while maintaining or improving service levels.
  • Risk & Governance: Ensure sourcing decisions and contracts are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with internal policies and risk management standards.

What You Bring

Experience managing categories such as SaaS, professional services, marketing, or similar indirect spend
  • Proven track record of leading negotiations and delivering cost savings or efficiency improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leaders
  • Experience with ERP and procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business recommendations
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
