This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our YouTube integrations. 

You will take the lead on identifying compelling channels, negotiating competitive rates, and managing the logistics that keep our YouTube creator engine running.


Responsibilities

  • YouTube creator pipeline: Review dozens of creators daily to identify the most compelling and relevant channels for Morgan & Morgan integrations.

  • Lead Negotiations: Confidently negotiate rates and terms that meet our performance benchmarks while building long-term creator relationships.

  • Manage logistics: Oversee the day-to-day of campaign execution, including tracking deliverables, managing schedules, and reviewing content for legal and creative alignment.

  • Support operations: Maintain campaign trackers, assist with contract management, and ensure creator invoices are submitted and approved on time.

  • Optimize for performance: Understand what makes influencer content convert, and use those insights to refine our creator selection and briefs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the creative, legal, and paid media teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.



Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, YouTube partnerships, or social media.

  • Deep familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging creator platforms.

  • Strong instincts for what makes content engaging and high-performing.

  • Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, or partners to secure competitive rates and deliverables while maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing impactful influencer deals.

  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple creator conversations, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Experience with influencer CRMs, project management tools, and G Suite is a plus.
