Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows server and infrastructure across data center, storage, network, security, virtualization and cloud. Lead architecture, monitoring, config management, scripting, troubleshooting, and standards development. Work with Enterprise Architecture, onshore/offshore teams, and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

- At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
- Expertise in building Windows server infrastructure and configuration
- Atleast 10 years of experience working within IT in the areas of Data Center Services, Network Services, Security, End User Services
- 8 years of Core Server and Storage Experience including Data Center, Cloud Engineering, Monitoring, Infrastructure & Config Management and Scripting
- Expert skill in diagnosing, solving complex problems and providing detailed technical analysis Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exhibit a commanding presence when necessary Superior computer skills including in common business applications such as MS Visio.
- Knowledge of theory and principles of project management
- Experience in the development of departmental strategies, goals, policies and standards for data center services.
- Experience in establishing, implementing and maintaining the processes and procedures needed to effectively leverage enterprise Cloud services.
- Experience in managing an environment with a wide range of computing configurations with an eye towards leveraging cloud based services where appropriate integration.
- Good all-round understanding of server and storage management, virtualization, networking, systems management, and Secured Hosting / Cloud services
- Experiencing working with Enterprise Architecture teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions across areas such as; Data Center Services, Network Services, Security, End User Services, and Cloud
- Troubleshoot the environment and identify the root cause of the problem and proposes the resolution.
- Ability to cross skill on the technologies required for the project.
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
