SUMMARY

The GTM Systems Integration & Scale Lead is responsible for defining and designing the unified systems architecture and end-to-end operational processes required to consolidate disparate commercial infrastructures into a singular, highly scalable GTM ecosystem.

You own the definition of the post-acquisition integration blueprint for Wiz – working with cross-company counterparts to review separate corporate infrastructures and synthesizing them into a singular, cohesive revenue engine. To achieve this, you will actively bring together cross-functional leadership across Finance, Product, Systems, and RevOps (and more) from both organizations to extract requirements, navigate technical debt, drive architectural alignment, and build a highly scalable operational foundation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Systems Strategy

  • Define the Unified GTM Blueprint for Wiz: Unify stakeholders and SME to create the future-state architectural design that consolidates disparate CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning stacks into a singular enterprise platform.
  • Synthesize Complex Data Models: Bring together technical architects across business units to define unified data flow standards, lead-to-account mapping rules, and object relationships to ensure clean cross-sell pipeline tracking.
  • Determine Integration Cadence & States: Define the technical and operational roadmaps for transitional environments, balancing the need to maintain current revenue velocity with long-term architectural stability.

Process Architecture

  • Design Integrated Commercial Workflows: Define the unified end-to-end process architecture for the joint entity across critical lifecycles, specifically quote-to-cash (Q2C), contract consolidation, and automated renewal triggers.
  • Convene Interdepartmental Stakeholders: Lead cross-functional alignment workshops bringing together Finance, RevOps, and Product teams to establish universal operational definitions, booking criteria, and system governance guidelines.

Expansion Readiness

  • Lead operational GTM readiness for scaling in new markets.

Transformation & Scale

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and scalability constraints.
  • Drive process simplification and automation opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 10+ years in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, RevOps, Enterprise Programs, or Transformation.
  • 5+ years specifically spent bringing together cross-functional teams to design and define integrated systems, post-merger integrations, or large-scale business process consolidations.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic decision-making and architectural alignment across powerful, divergent stakeholders
  • Expertise in architectural value stream mapping, system data flow design, and cross-functional requirements architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience defining requirements for large-scale CRM/CPQ ecosystem migrations or enterprise-tier billing consolidations.
  • Deep understanding of scaling SaaS, subscription, and consumption licensing models inside complex, multi-layered global enterprise networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud Marketplace co-sell data architectures, SKU simplification, or M&A systems consolidation blueprints.

Leadership Characteristics

  • Highly structured problem solver.
  • Scalable thinker.
  • Comfortable operating across technical and business domains.
  • Strong change leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
