You’ll drive growth by reaching out to new prospects, reactivating past customers, and strengthening relationships with existing ones—all while learning the ins and outs of professional sales, account management, and customer success.


Note: This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. Must be willing to relocate to the Lincolnshire, IL area and be within commutable distance. 

$22.75/hour - $27.00/hour, plus incentive opportunity

  • Make outbound calls to engage new and existing customers and uncover growth opportunities
  • Build relationships and deliver customized solutions that make an impact
  • Present pricing programs and proposals to decision-makers
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Learn from experienced sales leaders and develop your business acumen every day

  • Hourly pay plus sales bonus, based on performance - variable bonus target of approximately $21,000 annually, if all goals and targets are successfully met

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.  The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.  Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
