Summary:
Works closely with customers and their regional sales team to grow and promote the sale of products including, but not limited to, generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads. Develops long-term customer relationships, implements strategic plans, and manages assigned customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, via outreach / outbound campaigns
  • Initiate and manage sales conversations with prospects and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Acquire good product knowledge to address questions during the introductory calls to overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather critical sales information.
  • Ability to understand sales processes and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
  • Continuously log activities, update records, and enter sales intelligence into CRM, Outreach, Gong.
  • Collaborate with the ADAE team and marketing teams to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day; ability to make 50 to 80 calls per day, with additional touchpoints by email
  • Knowledge of common office software. Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Highly team selling oriented- must be able to accept and contribute new ideas.
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Strong organizational skills and time management with the ability to multitask, prioritize etc.
  • 2+ years of SEC and regulatory expertise/experience preferable.
  • Working knowledge of the IPO, compliance, and transaction market disclosure process is preferable.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
