  • Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in evaluating distributor performance and identifying strategic distributor partnerships that align with company goals and contribute to long-term business success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure accurate quotations, seamless order execution, and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on company products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively support customers and the sales organization.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Polished and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and technical aptitude.
  • A customer-focused and “whatever it takes” attitude.
