We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team working Mon - Fri from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We do offer base salary, commission, and a bonus.

Position:

The Inside Sales Representative will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, coordination with outside sales representatives and working in customer service. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S in the next 12 months.

You will have the opportunity to:
  • Manage the day to day operations of our Bid Support program by filling out and completing bids on behalf of our retailers
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Identifying industry trends
  • Research and generate lists of potential customers
  • Building a database of sports teams, leagues and organizations
  • Make contact with and qualify potential customers. I.E. Intramural sports programs, Sports complexes, training facilities, etc.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Maintain sales records
  • Learn Customer Service
  • Loading leads into CRM (Customer relationship management) software
Requirements:
  • Sales, Sports or Business Administration background preferred
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment in sporting goods
  • Interested in learning all aspects of business operations
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
  • Must be willing to relocate in the future
