Vital to our success,  Account Representatives handle all day-to-day activity is responsible for driving partner relationships, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of our products, and increasing customer renewals. This role requires strong product knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities for growth within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and communicate relevant features and functionality to unassigned customers based on their specific business needs.                                                          

• Increase customer renewals by conducting regular check-in calls, providing status updates, and performing strategic business reviews to align objectives and outcomes.

• Develop territory action plans for establishing new partner relationships.

• Coordinate closely with the assigned Business Development Manager on large opportunities to ensure a successful close.

• Identify specific accounts within the assigned region to focus on and develop.

Requirements


  • 2 years of prior sales experience in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct client presentations and consultative discussions
  • Excellent presentation skills and proven record of sales achievements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.? 
  • Valid passport and driver’s license required.
