About the Job

At Dose, we’re on a mission to educate healthcare professionals on the efficacy and accessibility of our products. We lead with science-backed results, offering providers an innovative, evidence-based alternative they can provide to their patients. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving our success.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving awareness and education among healthcare professionals—such as physicians, dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, and independent pharmacy owners. You’ll introduce Dose’s solutions, nurture relationships, understand customer needs, and convert leads into loyal customers through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This is a unique opportunity to represent an innovative solution while working on a collaborative, mission-driven team and helping expand patient access to better options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals to introduce Dose’s offerings and build lasting relationships.

  • Proactively follow up with and qualify leads to uncover opportunities to educate health care providers.

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of healthcare accounts through consistent outreach and follow-up.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience (healthcare experience preferred) with a proven record of sales success.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Adaptable and comfortable engaging multiple call points—including physicians, dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, and independent pharmacies—and selling across diverse product lines.

  • Self-motivated and driven, demonstrating grit, resilience, and a passion for growth and learning.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and develop a territory effectively.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and bonus

  • Comprehensive health benefits and unlimited PTO

  • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare and nutrition landscape

Join Dose and play a vital role in connecting healthcare professionals with evidence-based innovations that make a real difference in patients’ lives.

In-Office Expectations

We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a remote role, likely with 1-2x annual travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company events. Occasional travel may also come up for conferences or panels.

Location

We’re open to candidates across the U.S., though we have a soft spot for those in or near Miami (or who can travel here easily).

Compensation

We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential.

Total compensation includes:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)

  • Commission: initial commissions will be tied to activities for first 6-12 months

  • Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals

Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live.

Equal Opportunity

Dose is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and make all employment decisions based on merit, qualifications, and business needs. We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories, in line with applicable laws. If you need an accommodation during the hiring process, please let us know.
