We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Inside Sales & Retention Specialist to join our growing team. The position will be responsible for developing relationships with potential and existing customers, providing information on remodeling services and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will come from the home improvement/remodeling industry and will reside in Central Time Zone - Houston, TX or St. Louis, MO preferred.

Key Responsibilities of Inside Sales & Retention Specialist

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their home remodeling needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, providing estimates, discussing financing options and closing sales
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, staying up to date on the latest trends in bath remodeling.
  • Create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications and follow up to answer questions or provide additional information.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Customer Care, Design Consultants and Installation teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
  • Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client data, sales activities and pipeline progression.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team sales goal.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
  • Connect with customers who request cancellations, actively listening to concerns and identifying ways to retain their business.

Compensation is $24/hr. plus 3% commission on sold projects.

Must be willing to work Monday- Friday, Central Time Zone.


Requirements

Qualifications for Inside Sales & Retention Specialist

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in home remodeling sales. (Outside Sales or Inside Sales)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • MUST be goal oriented, self motivated and able to work independently.
