You will have the unique opportunity to support Boeing Mobility, Surveillance, & Bomber portfolio products. Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborating across a broad spectrum of individuals and disciplines
- Developing plans for upcoming testing
- Providing engineering definition and authorization for airplane configuration changes
- Architecting, designing, maintaining or operating test instrumentation and specialized systems
- Conducting ground and flight testing on board the aircraft
- Evaluating test results and working to resolve any issues encountered
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Experience working with accelerometers, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, force sensors, strain gages, position sensors and flowmeters
- Experience with calibration methods like regression, polynomial and hysteresis
- Understanding of mechanical design and the ability to decipher engineering drawings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
- Experience Instrumenting Military or Commercial Derivative Aircraft
