With over 90 attorneys across ten offices, we serve as international, national, regional, and local counsel to insurers, corporations, and financial institutions. While our core focus is insurance: coverage analysis, defense, and subrogation; we also advise on a broad range of commercial litigation and liability matters.

Job duties:

Work hybrid remote.

·        Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
·        Draft dispositive motions, coverage position letters, and reservation of rights correspondence
·        Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations
·        Manage caseload independently while collaborating with partners and clients
 

Required:

·        IL bar
·        Recent experience with insurance coverage
