The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:


 Integrated Marketing & Automation Manager is a dynamic role charged with driving campaigns in email, SMS/RCS, social, and other channels targeted at lead generation, revenue retention, loyalty, and other strategic objectives. This role reports into the VP, Ecommerce and will work closely with the VP, Corporate Marketing.

As a member of this team, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting projects that span digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and more.


What You’ll Do at Justrite:

  • Develop compelling campaigns driving lead generation leveraging email/SMS/social platforms 
  • Collaborate with BU marketing managers, channel marketing to bring together content from across BUs into those campaigns 
  • Develop trigger based campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat purchase behavior 
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to bring together content, context, and strategy to drive those campaigns 
  • Support the implementation, tracking, and performance measurement of paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring proper campaign tagging, audience segmentation, and reporting. 
  • Maximize database effectiveness through lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. 
  • Leverage marketing automation & CRM strategies to generate brand stickiness and loyalty that creates higher lifetime customer value. 
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to continuously track performance, inform strategic decisions, and uncover new growth opportunities through scorecards, dashboards and ad hoc reporting. 
  • Oversee the implementation/configuration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with systems such as Salesforce and eCommerce platforms like Magento 
  • Lead the integration of marketing automation platforms to enhance data synchronization, automate workflows, and improve overall customer experience 
  • Partner with the VP, Corporate Marketing to activate brand building campaigns and initiatives across digital platforms- ability to translate brands effectively into the digital space across social, web, email and influencer. 
  • Partner with channel marketing, product managers, marketing managers, and E commerce team members to create programs, promotions, and campaigns that result in owned property sales. 



Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • 5+ years of experience as a leader in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS/RCS, and social media 
  • 5+ years of experience creating, implementing and running large scale campaigns 
  • Database management experience with an enterprise level marketing automation platform (ex Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc.) 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Understanding of and experience in implementing tracking & tagging mechanisms across digital platforms 

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90-110k.


Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
