The Integration Specialist II is a professional role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of software integrations, workflow automation, and enablement platforms that support cross-functional business teams. The position focuses on delivering practical technology solutions including integrations, internal tools, workflow automation, and enablement platforms that improve efficiency and adoption.
The position partners closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, IT, and Technical Program teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable technology solutions. The position leverages approved applications and technology tools as part of delivering broader business solutions, which may include AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, along with other software and integration platforms used across Technology Services.
What You'll Do
• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and support of software integrations and enablement solutions across approved platforms.
• Ensure solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs and are effectively integrated into existing systems. This could include system configuration, deployment, testing, and ongoing support.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, and Technical Program teams to analyze and understand business systems to identify business/integration requirements and translate them into solution designs and execution plans.
• Support integrations and workflows between approved software platforms, internal tools, and data sources to improve efficiency and consistency. Work closely and collaborate with IT to ensure smooth integration.
• Administer, monitor, and enhance internal tools and enablement platforms to ensure usability, reliability, and adoption.
• Develop documentation, user guidance, and training materials to support rollout and ongoing use of technology solutions.
• Leverage applications and technology tools, including AI‑enabled capabilities where appropriate, to support broader business solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business Analytics, or related field)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a combination of the following: Integration of marketing technology solutions, Business analysis/Requirement Gathering, Business Application & Software Solution Enablement, Low‑code / No‑code Platforms (e.g., Power Platform or equivalent) and Data Connectivity.
• Must have demonstrated experience with: Marketing and sales enablement tools and supporting platforms, Business analysis and requirements definition with technical translation, Development of solution designs, test plans, and deployment documentation, Use of tools such as AI to enhance productivity and solution outcomes, Technical documentation and user enablement
Earn Well
• Salary Range: $85,000 - $104,000 depending on experience.
