  • Assist with onboarding and training new Field Technicians.
  • Share expertise on installation methods, tool use, troubleshooting, and system operations.
  • Support recruiting and mentorship efforts to help grow the Titan team.

5. Support Technical Development

  • Ensure all company equipment is handled safely, stored properly, and used responsibly.

7. Customer and Scheduling Support

  • Coordinate and manage onsite installation schedules with customers and dealers.
  • Participate in customer onboarding activities, including pilot programs and product demonstrations.

8. Be a Team Player

  • Collaborate closely with peers and leadership to solve challenges and improve processes.
  • Support company initiatives beyond your core role — we are a lean, fast-moving team.

Who You Are

  • You’re reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • You’re self-motivated and can work independently or as part of a team.
  • You always put the customer first, even when they are wrong.
  • You embody Titan’s mission: Desire. Continuous. Unyielding. Persistent. Effort. (D.C.U.P.E.)
