2+ years in a technical support, implementation, or integration role, ideally in K–12 edtech.
Hands-on experience administering or supporting Clever and/or ClassLink (rostering, SSO, or both).
Solid understanding of K–12 rostering data: students, teachers, sections, schools, and how a student information system (SIS) feeds them.
Working knowledge of SSO concepts (OAuth, SAML) and identity providers like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
Comfort working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and API responses to diagnose data issues.
Clear, patient communication with both non-technical teachers and district IT staff.
Strong organization: you can run many district setups in parallel and keep each one moving.
Familiarity with student data privacy requirements (FERPA, COPPA, state privacy agreements).
Clever or ClassLink certification, or prior work at either company or a district using them.
Experience with other rostering standards and tools: OneRoster, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams for Education, or SIS platforms like PowerSchool and Infinite Campus.

Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools.
Background as a teacher, school technology coordinator, or district IT admin.
