Provide technical support for 300+ supplier integrations, troubleshoot live issues affecting bookings and B2B reliability, analyze logs and monitoring data, work with APIs and Postman, and communicate in English at an upper-intermediate level.
We're looking for a strong integration support engineer to join our Tech Support team. Our support engineers troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations that directly impact booking operations and B2B service reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus
- Experience working with logs
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Understanding of API principles
- Knowledge of Postman
- Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
