As an Integrations Engineer, you will play a key role supporting customers by helping integrate our fraud solutions into their technical environments.
This role is a hybrid technical and customer-facing position (approximately 50/50), requiring strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and guide clients through integration processes. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
- Support customer onboarding and technical implementations/integrations of TransUnion fraud solutions
- Work directly with clients via Salesforce tickets, email, and Microsoft Teams to provide technical guidance and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related incidents affecting customer environments
- Partner with customers’ technical teams to successfully integrate APIs and services into their systems
- Monitor and manage incoming support requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact
- Participate in incident response and help restore services in case of disruptions
- Provide ongoing support for integrations, ensuring stability and performance
- Collaborate with global teams across regions (e.g., US, UK, LATAM)
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Application or system integrations / implementations
- Experience working with APIs, Web Services, REST, and/or SOAP
- Experience working in Cloud or SaaS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in client-facing technical environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with customers
- Fluency in English and Spanish
We'd Love To See:
- Experience or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#, PHP) (Note: coding is not required, but understanding helps support integrations more effectively)
- Experience in DevOps / reliability engineering environments
- Familiarity with fraud platforms or identity management solutions
- Portuguese language skills
