Job Description

The Integrations Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic integration partner relationships across the U.S. and Canada. The Integrated Audio Brands team has primary responsibility for Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch Conferencing and Public Address products sold through our systems integrator network. In this role, you will develop and execute account strategies that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and increase adoption of the Integrated Audio Brands portfolio. You will partner closely with Business Development, Regional Growth, Global Key Account, Technical Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to deliver business results aligned with the Audio business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned integration partners to drive sales growth, market share, and long-term business success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned integrator accounts, including business leaders, sales teams, and technical influencers.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand the adoption of the Integrated Audio Brands portfolio.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer business objectives, project pipelines, and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy and uncover new opportunities.
  • Drive demand creation initiatives that position Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions early in the design and specification process.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams to develop customer-focused growth strategies.
  • Coordinate product training, enablement activities, and customer engagement programs that increase partner knowledge and solution adoption.
  • Support successful new product introductions by ensuring strategic accounts are informed, trained, and positioned for success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
  • Monitor sales performance against objectives and proactively develop strategies to exceed revenue and business targets.
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and recommend growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines using company sales tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development within the Pro AV industry.
  • Proven success managing strategic integrator, enterprise, or channel partner relationships and consistently achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the systems integration channel and the commercial audiovisual marketplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable account strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, and formulas, preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 50–75% throughout North America.

Travel Requirements: 

  • This position requires significant (50% +) travel, primarily in North America.
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license.
  • This position requires a valid passport.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 – $135,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group’s paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
