KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, maintain, and manage reports and presentations.

• Act as a liaison between the Employee Relations (ER).

• Address and resolve grievances promptly and effectively

• Coordinate and support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
