Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, including managing timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy of training and attendance records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Support the preparation of documents, reports, and promotional materials (e.g., flyers) as required.
- Coordinate logistics for in-house training sessions and factory visits.
- Provide support for various HR-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated leadership potential and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience using Canva, with a keen eye for creativity and design.
