Position Overview:

The International Product Team Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of traditional Trade Finance, Standby Letters of Credit and Supply Chain Finance as well as the systems that accommodate those businesses.  Some knowledge of SWIFT messaging is preferred.  This role ensures that international products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client needs, while supporting the bank’s balance sheet and profitability objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the deposit product strategy across all international clients.

  • Provide leadership on international trends, strategies, and competitive positioning.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (product, sales, finance, operations) to deliver market-leading solutions.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of all international products/tools.

  • Manage pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and product performance.

  • Partner with technology and operations teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant platforms.

  • Ensure international products meet the evolving needs of all banking clients.

  • Collaborate with business banking, commercial, wealth and treasury sales and relationship managers to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of international products.

  • Ensure all international products comply with applicable regulatory and risk management requirements.

  • Monitor market, industry and trade risks that impact international strategies.

  • Maintain strong controls over product governance and operational processes.

  • Establish KPIs and metrics for international growth, product profitability, and client utilization.

  • Analyze international portfolio performance to recommend adjustments in pricing, features, or strategy.

  • Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred but not required.

  • 7 - 10 years related work experience in commercial banking product management. 

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000 - 158,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
