- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support meetings with cross-functional teams including Nogales Operations to drive decision making and alignment on the monthly and long-term Supply forecasts with rigorous analysis resulting in options, risk scenarios and recommendations
- Work with the Inventory and Purchasing teams to set key target levels across entire supply chain, assessing safety stock need, customer requirements and establishing a market-driven inventory strategy for key Finished Goods and Raw Material items
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Supply step for an LOB within the company’s Sales and Operations Planning process
- Ensure Finished Good deployment plans and execution support Inventory and Demand plans
- Leverage inventory management information systems tools to rationalize SKU’s, align Finished Goods sourcing decisions and optimize inventory while meeting Product Availability targets
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on supply chain related plans and issues, metrics and best practices
- Ensures optimal supply chain network and routes-to-market design for designated LOB(s) to deliver against customer and business strategies through network model design, deployment execution and external benchmarking
- Contribute to the annual budget and operating plan development process by leveraging ongoing Inventory and Capacity plans and underlying casual assumptions
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Able to travel up to 10% - domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration
- APICS CPIM / CIRM, CSCP, Lean / Six Sigma, and/or PMP certifications
