 Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Management Office (IMO) Program Manager to lead IT and Cyber integration activities in support of a business acquisition and integration initiative. This role will oversee governance, cross-functional coordination, and execution across multiple IT and cybersecurity workstreams to ensure continuity and successful integration delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management experience within complex integration environments, including IT due diligence, post-merger integration, governance management, and executive stakeholder communication. This is a remote 6-7 month consulting engagement. All qualified candidates are required to reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT and Cyber due diligence and integration activities throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Execute and maintain the overall IT IMO governance model
  • Conduct and facilitate weekly IMO all-hands meetings to drive alignment and accountability
  • Prepare and coordinate bi-weekly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, including materials, status reporting, risks, and decision support documentation
  • Manage cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and escalation management across integration workstreams
  • Oversee multiple concurrent IT and cybersecurity workstreams to ensure progress against integration goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify external resource requirements for upcoming project phases and coordinate staffing needs to optimize project costs and delivery
  • Utilize and manage the Smartsheet Integration framework to support overall program execution and reporting
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners to ensure successful execution
  • Advocate for integration priorities across all organizational levels and external partners
  • Partner with the IMO team to drive prioritization, resource allocation, optimization efforts, and strategic decision-making
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
  • Support development of one-time integration cost estimates and budget tracking activities
  • Deliver executive-level communication, reporting, dashboards, and status updates throughout the engagement

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or enterprise integration programs
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and integration governance
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Experience facilitating executive governance forums, Steering Committees, and operational reviews
  • Strong risk management, escalation management, and issue resolution skills
  • Experience developing integrated project plans, status reporting, and executive dashboards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading IT IMO or PMO functions during post-merger integration efforts
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar program management platforms
  • Experience supporting Cybersecurity integration and due diligence activities
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred
  • Background in energy, oil & gas, utilities, or asset-intensive industries is a plus
