As a member of the Human Resources team, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for partnering with hiring managers primarily in Information Technology department to provide a robust, multi-channel search to attract a diverse talent pool that will advance the organization’s mission to enhance lives through a seamlessly connected pharmacy experience that improves health, lowers cost, and eliminates complexity. This role will provide mentoring and special projects support to help the department provide best in class service to other teams supported by Talent Acquisition. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will source, screen, and present top candidates to hiring managers, and provide support as needed to ensure an exceptional experience for managers and candidates. In addition, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will assist in the development, implementation, and continuous review and adjustment of a talent acquisition strategy for the organization. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will also assist with preparation and maintenance of recruiting-related HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, required skills, and potential talent sources. Uses this information and outside sources to create custom Talent Acquisition strategies for each position
  • Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Gain insights through relationships, the Sr. TAP will plan for future needs, and consistently add value for the customer by building pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical roles in advance of the posting, with a focus on diverse candidate pools
  • Responsible for assigned special projects that may include TA systems maintenance, bespoke reporting, or boutique programs like the Intern program
  • Market the organization to potential candidates by providing compelling information about the company’s mission, strategic priorities, and employment value proposition
  • Utilize a combination of social media, job posting boards, and other external opportunities to build awareness of the organization
  • Support managers by providing recommended interview guides for candidate selection and uses influencing techniques to gain their buy-in to use the guides and return the Feedback form
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing review and adjustment of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy
  • Consult with HR colleagues and hiring managers for new hire offers. Using discernment and logical thinking to identify offers that are potentially out of synch with standard practices, Partners with HR resources, such as the compensation team, to troubleshoot these offers and provide qualified business recommendations back to the hiring teams
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and Navitus as required by the contract. Partners with recruiting team and agencies, contractors as needed to ensure vendors comply with our policies, procedures, and are compliant. Provides feedback to the agencies and Navitus leadership when vendors do not meet their contractual obligations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment supporting positions requiring sourcing and digital marketing to fill roles or the equivalent mix of corporate and agency recruiting
  • Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies used to find active and passive candidates
  • Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skill required
  • Experience leading expectations of high-level partners, in HR and business leadership roles
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
